This workflow completely automates the sales process including customers signing your paperwork.
Using the scrapebox software and facebook ads with a customized landing page I was able to achieve very specific targeting and immediately blew up with way too many customers.
I had to turn the ads off after a couple of days because 5+ business owners wanted to sign up every day, but I could only really service 1 or 2 in total. The business owners were able to sign a prefilled contract within minutes of speaking with me. I ended up with a lot of valuable industry connections.
Because of the targeting and content on the web page, by the time owners called me they were ready to sign up.
Over the past couple of years, I have been documenting my journey in d2d sales on social media.
On facebook I would post pictures of myself with customers I sold, images from inside the shop, and some of my biggest paychecks. I also had some of my coworkers leave reviews on my facebook page vouching for me. Having this content online has led to a lot of salespeople reaching out to me looking for companies to sell for. Then I started creating videos about sales, and had all that online so when people went to my page theres a lot of good stuff for them to scroll through.
1) no money upfront zero risk offer to customers
2) an actual door to door sales team not a marketing agency
3) more affordable to the business owner than their existing door to door sales team
4) Landing page had a lot of information
5) Content on facebook proving we are legit
This method requires a bit of work to set up. required to getting what I needed.
The idea is that first you use scrapebox to harvest URLs off of google
Then you use scrapebox to crawl those urls and extract email addresses
Those emails get verified and then uploaded into facebook for targeting
First I created a list of all the cities I had been working in the last few years plus all the hail markets in the united states.
Then I merged that list with the keyword list in scrapebox
When web app users clicked on the learn more button above, they would be directed to this web page
In less than a week I had 10 business owners call and want to hire my sales team. A couple of them filled out the form and signed the contract within minutes of speaking with me.
Because of the targeting and content on the web page, by the time owners called me they were ready to sign up.
In the audience selection part of creating a facebook ad you are given the option to choose where your targeting data comes from
I chose an IMPRESSION based ad campaign which made my ad appear all the time when people opened up their facebook app or between watching videos. One PDR company owner that called me said "You've been at the top of my facebook feed every time I open up my phone for the last few days."
Scrapebox seems confusing and complicated at first if these kinds of things are new to you, but it's actually pretty simple to use and very powerful once you get the hang of it.
I learned how to use scrapebox using Loopline's guides on BlackHat World
Below is a good video on how to use it, but there are also dozens of other free tutorials on youtube.
For proxies I recommend Stormproxies. I also have GSA proxy scraper but I've found that the only reliable way to scrape and have it work when you need it is to just pay the $40/month for the basic private proxies. If you pay more like $100+ per month you can get access to more proxies will let you scrape data much faster. With the $40 a month plan you are limited to just two proxies with limited threads, so what I would sometimes would do is leave scrapebox running on my windows laptop for a couple of weeks while it's scraping data since you're not supposed to exceed the connection request limits of those proxies. Depends what you are scraping.
Several steps are required to getting what I needed.
1) Making the keyword list
2) Scraping google for urls
3) harvesting emails from urls
4) verifying the emails work using a third party service
5) uploading the CSV of emails into facebook during custom audience creation
6) launching the advertisement
